2. Booking and Payments
All bookings require a valid payment to confirm your spot. Payments can be made via our secure online booking platform. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price adjustments.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour may incur a partial or full charge.
• Operator Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Tour Modifications
Killarney Photo Tours reserves the right to modify or adjust the itinerary based on weather, lighting conditions, and other factors that may enhance the quality of the photography experience.

5. Participant Responsibilities
All participants are expected to follow the guidance of the tour leader and respect local regulations and landmarks. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment or personal belongings during the tour.
